Northwood

The Northern Border of the city has been one of the hot beds of investment since the pandemic. With the Port to the north, these streets are lined with mature trees and modest lots that are adorned with 1920s era homes. Many waterfront parcels have been scooped up by developers seeking to capitalize on the views overlooking the Intercoastal and Palm Beach. A large investment has been pledged by the City to redevelop the waterfront, Curry Park, into a welcoming sanctuary for residents and tourists.
